Colour - Bright garnet
Nose - Savoury spices (paprika, curry leaf) with beetroot, blackcurrant conserve and cassis varietal markers regally ascend. Less noble yet endearing wafts of Mediterranean meat(s)-on-a-spit, and a suggestion of oak/char. No herbaceousness, tomato-leaf or black olive or graphite immediately evidentÉ however, darkened tarry and bitumen aromas abound.
Palate - Tight, solid, assertive Š handles oak well. Impressive mid-palate adorned with pronounced Cabernet tannins and a refreshing acidity. Reassuring flavours including black olive and pomegranate alongside a fanciful impression of carpaccio slivers of seared venison. A (powdery) sprinkling of cocoa powder, mocha, shaved bitter chocolate and walnut husk adds further interest.
Vineyard Region - McLaren Vale, Padthaway, Coonawarra, Wrattonbully and Barossa Valley. Penfolds is Australia's most famous wine producer, best known for its flagship wine Grange, one of the most acclaimed wines in the world. Among many other accolades, the 1955 Grange was named one of the top 12 wines of the 20th Century by Wine Spectator Magazine; the 1971 vintage was ranked as the greatest wine of the 1970s by FINE Wine Magazines and tastingbook.com, and the 2008 gained a perfect 100-point score from both Wine Spectator and Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. For faulty products, Parker's Cellar offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
