List of the wines they are submitting for consignment
A confirmation the Cellar has read and agreed to our privacy conditions
A confirmation the Cellar has read and agreed to our exclusive contract terms and conditions.
The Cellar is then sent an email confirming the new account they have set up and asking them to provide a password for security.

Selling your wine with Cellarspace is easy. Where do I sell my wine?
Your wine will be sold through our online shop. Buyers will place a purchase order on Cellarspace for the wine you have exclusively listed with Wine Marketplace under consignment. When Cellarspace confirms all the appropriate Buyer information the ownership of the wine will shift from the seller to Cellarspace. Cellarspace will then transact the sale directly with the buyer.
How much does it cost to sell my wine with Cellarspace?
Cellarspace doesn’t charge anything unless your wine sells upon which a seller's commission is charged once a formal sale is processed.
Buying Wine with Cellarspace
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you don’t think it’s been correctly described, you can return your order to us within 14 days for a refund* or we can recommend a hand-selected alternative, personally chosen to reflect your original selection.
Buying Wine at online
Provenance plays an important role when buying wine at and every effort is made to accurately describe the condition of wine regardless of value. While Buyer Beware applies to all our sales, all wines are meticulously presented as required by our terms and conditions ensuring that you have all the information possible to make the most informed decision when buying at Cellarspace.
We do recommend that buyers of older wine make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullage and the condition of corks and labels
If you feel that the wine does not reflect the wine and condition description, please contact us to make arrangements for the return of these items for our team to review and determine whether a replacement or refund is actionable.
