Corvina Veronese 60% Rondinella, Corvinone and Croatina Veronese 35%, 5% from hold traditional valpolicella varieties. Color: Brilliant ruby red colour. Perfume: Tipically reminescents of cherry, strawberry
fruit. Tasting notes: palate complex with beatiful notes of fruit and finish and spicy character too. A wine with good potential to age well. Perfect with starters such as stuffed pasta, or tomato suaces, particularly good with roast poultry, grilled meat, game birds and mature cheese.
