If only all 'entry-level' estate wines were of this quality. Prinz is just a great organic/ biodynamic producer from the Rheingau in Germany. The Rieslings from Rheingau tend to be on the drier side, with lots of depth and power. This has wonderful floral and herbal aromatics and a refreshing chalky mouthfeel but it is concentration and intensity of the fruit core that really impresses.
