Graciano is an aromatic Spanish red wine grape that is grown primarily in Rioja. It can also be found growing in small amounts in Argentina, Australia and in California. Wine made from Graciano can be said to be intensely perfumed with aromas of mulberry, violets and chocolate. Food pairings: Chorizo and lentil stew with Morcilla, Lamb Stuffed Bell Peppers, smoked foods and cheese.
